Chris Bradshaw

Dr Chris Bradshaw, Professor of Corporate Development. Expert in leadership, Learning and Development, Human Resource Management and Gender Equality. Chris worked in industry for over 20 years in positions related to management, learning and development, human resources and equality and diversity.

His experience includes work in the public sector with The Post Office group, local authorities, the NHS and in the private sector with Abbey Life, Gala Bingo and in hospitality. Chris has taught at colleges and universities since 2002 including programmes covering HRM; management and leadership; equality and diversity; and politics. He also had a spell as an Equality and Diversity manager.
Chris has a first degree in Social Science, an MBA and a Ph.D. from the University of the West of Scotland. He teaches primarily on undergraduate courses and also contributes to post graduate modules and dissertation supervision. Chris is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD.

Adel Hatami-Marbini

Adel Hatami-Marbini is a Senior Lecturer in Business and Management at DMU with teaching expertise and research interests in the fields of operations management, supply chain management and productivity measurement. Prior to joining DMU, Adel worked as a postdoctoral research fellow at the Université catholique de Louvain

(UCL) in Belgium along with being an adjunct professor at the University of Namur and UCL. His fellowship was funded by the Belgian National Fund for Scientific Research (French: F.R.S.–FNRS). He also visited Aston Business School, Technical University of Ostrava, University of Seville and Virginia Tech. Adel has published around 50 research papers in a variety of scholarly academic journals including European Journal of Operational Research (ABS List 4), Omega (ABS List 3), Expert Systems with Applications (ABS List 3) and Journal of the Operational Research Society (ABS List 3), among others and has regularly presented his work at various national and international conferences.

Jim Milligan

Jim has over 30 years management training, teaching, and programme and curriculum development and assessment experience in both the FE and HE sectors. His core teaching area is Strategic Management and he has extensive experience of teaching and assessing international/overseas (and multi-lingual) students at UG & PG levels, both in the UK and abroad.
